I am having flipkart axis bank credit card for which annual fee is 500rs. As of now flipkart axis bank credit card are Ltf for new applications. How can the old credit card user make the card as LTF.

I asked CC, which they denied stating that all charges were informed during application precess. Even my card is new VISA variant and applied through Axis App. Just got 1-2 days before LTF offer was launched.
