Axis takes some time to send sms, sometimes no sms sent also.

I did a NPS tier 1 contribution of 50k using Axis Bank Flipkart credit card. Last year I got a cashback of 750 for the same. This year I didn’t receive it. I was happy to pay 400 Rs gateway card charges as there was still some benefit. But looks like they have stopped providing cashback to certain transactions. Also I didn’t receive the message mentioning the 1.5 percent eligibility which we normally get. So, be aware guys.
Is any one able to claim the same fighting with Axis or that would be a futile exercise?

I did the transaction on 15th Dec. Got a message today for December month cashback of 170 Rs. It was for my Flipkart purchases. I was expecting 750 Rs cashback for NPS part of it. Looks like there is a good chance since others are getting and I will wait for some more days and update here.

If it was not billed in december, it will be billed in January and cashback will come in February.

Exactly my point. It appeared earlier like it got billed in december month. But now u r saying that it is not yet billed. But instead come in January. So, cashback for that will come in February.
And all u think that u didn’t get cashback is based on that u didn’t get the 1.5% sms after transaction. I don’t get that sms half the time, but cashbacks are credited properly.

I think it should. Insurance and rent payments are removed, but not the NPS. Haven't used it myself though.
