Flipkart Axis Card does not work at all merchants (online/offline)

Why does flipkart axis credit card (powered by visa) not work on all merchants (online/offline) where other banks visa credit card like HDFC Regalia are working. For example, in https://www.jabson...m/, the payment gateway cc Avenue redirects back to merchant without going to verified by visa page. Also, in one of the offline store, the POS machine gave error “Error – Refer to Card Issuer” while the HDFC CC worked on same machine. This is happening with specific merchants only, the card is working on many other POSs or websites like Amazon. The POS where card did not work was powered by Kalupur Co-operative bank as per the merchant. Contacted the Axis customer care, they are providing silly things like https://www.jabson...m/ (headquartered on Bharuch, Gujarat, India) might be an international merchant, enable International usage. On stating HDFC CC is working on same website which also has international usage disabled is working, they gave stupid response like to clear cache. Don’t know what Axis bank Customer care thinks that the server error of payment gateway can be resolved with clearing of cache.

PS: My theory is that some merchants are not accepting the flipkart axis credit card so that the Axis bank does not have to provide 1.5% cashback.

Does anyone else faced same issue? Any solutions for this?
