Flipkart Axis card still showing as declined on app after 6 months!

I applied for Flipkart Axis CC Last October, but it was declined. I was told to reapply after 6 months. Now, after 7 months, when I open the Flipkart app again to reapply, I’m still seeing the declined message.
How to reset it? AXIS customer care is clueless.
