Hello Dimers,
Has anyone of you received 4% cashback when paid using FK axis credit card on 1mg?
I made a transaction yday on 1mg but didn’t get the text msg of how much % cashback I will receive (as we get for each and every transaction) so just wanted to confirm.
Looks like cleartrip and 1mg were recently added for 4% cashback on FK axis cc.

i asked customer care, they said it takes 8 days to settle transaction with the merchant(swiggy)…they’ll process the cashback only after the payment is settled with the merchant.
Not sure if that will work or not.

I also got 1.5% messages every time I did transaction on swiggy (merchant name – bundel tech). Yet to get the statement. If it is not 4% in statement, will check with customer care.
If ur statement is already generated, better call customer care to rectify it.

Bundl tech will give you 4% don’t worry. But I don’t know why you receive the 1.5% message.

I reported the issue to Axis support on 1mg and below is their response:
As per available information, correct cash back has been received by the customer, as per merchant name this transaction. Is done via paytm thus, cash back will be calculated as 1.5%.
The issue is that they are incorrectly tagging transaction made on 1mg using FK axis as “PAYTM”.

1mg uses Paytm as a gateway for both Cc and dc payments.

Dear pjain2712,
I was closely replying to this credit card and every time they mess up for not providing 4% cashback on TATA 1 mg , After writing the do the correction. This is also with me since last 10 month , I mean from the day one I took this credit card. Hence after a long long time they have replied me the below lines ...
Further, no cashback will be awarded on Tata 1 MG transaction going forward as the same is no longer an accelerated merchant for Flipkart Axis Bank CC on effective dated 26th sep'22 and same has been updated in axis website as well.
