There is no online netbanking for non savings account holders
Thats what their support tells, and what everyone has experienced.

It works for me.
I do not have any relation with Axis bank other than FK credit card and I can log into both net banking and mobile app.
Wow. So they have a way /internal method still they dont allow officially.
Their bank person literally told me no other bank allows netbanking without savings 
There is also no option in net banking to link a card to existing customer ID. Many other banks have this option.
This I have no idea on, maybe you can send them an email to get it done manually. I know hdfc allows this.
You can visit to Axis ATM site and generate the new PIN. After that you can register the mobile banking and add the credit card in your axis bank mobile app. Then you can enable the ecommerce transactions.
The IVR has some AI called Axa that is actually completely dumb. Calling the number is not free and is a chargeable number with premium call rates.
After lot of efforts managed to activate PIN also. So now I have customer ID and PIN. But IVR still asks for 6 digit activation code which is supposed to be printed on the welcome letter and there is no way to re-generate this. So will have to wait for the physical card to come.
So far, the experience has been frustrating.
Call from a jio number and do this process. I was able to do the same yesterday around 7.30 pm!
Step 1: Call Axis Bank Customer Care at 1860 419 5555 / 1860 500 5555
Step 2: Choose “Option 2” (for PIN Related services) → “Option 1” (to generate Debit/Credit PIN), → “Option 1”(to generate PIN for credit card) → select “Generate PIN” option
Step 3: Enter your Credit Card Number, Expiry date(MMYY), DOB & Registered Mobile Number
Step 4:Upon successful validation, you shall receive your Activation Passcode/One time Activation Code on your registered mobile number. Note that the Activation Passcode is not your Credit Card PIN – it is an intermediate number which is required to generate your Credit Card PIN.
Step 5: Enter the one time Activation code you received.
Step 6: Upon successful validation, you shall be prompted to enter any Credit Card PIN of your choice.

Already got PIN. I need to activate online txn. The issue is, a separate 6 digit activation code is required for activating online txn. And that is not available. The one time activation code as obtained in above process is only valid for PIN generation.
Is anyone facing the problem of not getting otp on phone but only on mails
finally received physical card with welcome letter. first called from jio number. but the IVR went into a loop every time asking for card no and pin. then called from registered no. this time was able to activate online txn using card no and pin and strangely it did not ask for the activation code.
Which option to choose in ivrs menu to activate online transactions
I have filled online form in flipkart app itself but on last page, it is giving otp error. “Otp attempts exceeded” . Earlier otp is invalid
Statement did not come to my Email. But got SMS with link to generate statement.
They claimed that Swiggy is their “preferred partner”. But gave only 1.5% cashback on swiggy (bundl technologies) txn. Cashback is given in whole interger only and any fraction is ignored.
Do we need to send the last 4 digits of the card or the 16 digits?

no way
