My card was approved 1 week ago. Flipkart app stuck in conditionally approved verification pending. Axis app shows card with limit , no communication about delivery of the card. What to do.

In my oct bill, I got only 1.5% cashback for swiggy snd cleartrip transaction instead of 4%. Do I need to raise it to customer care?
