Flipkart Axis credit card showing over limit option

So today while checking FK axis app I saw this option which says now I can update my over limit preference and showing me to set a limit upto 50% of my limit.

I am still not sure what exactly it is so sharing here so that others can explore the option & to get more clarity about it.

i also got it, it means i can use limit of 1.5× original limit if we select 50%( all i have to do is to make pre payment in case i need to make payment more than orginal/available limit) i need as my limit is only 15k in flipkart axis cc.

So I just updated it and what I understand it is that I can set a preference for the % of over-limit but as it's saying transactions will be allowed based on internal policy. So maybe they will only allow transaction based on persons credit worthiness and usage still not sure of any charges or fine.

if u agree they allow u to use ur card beyond available limit but will charge u Rs500+GST minimum
prepaying and using beyond original limit may also lead to charges now as we are giving explicit consent its Axis beware!
