Flipkart Axis credit card showing over limit option

So today while checking FK axis app I saw this option which says now I can update my over limit preference and showing me to set a limit upto 50% of my limit.
I am still not sure what exactly it is so sharing here so that others can explore the option & to get more clarity about it.

So I just updated it and what I understand it is that I can set a preference for the % of over-limit but as it's saying transactions will be allowed based on internal policy. So maybe they will only allow transaction based on persons credit worthiness and usage still not sure of any charges or fine.

We can order 1.5 times of our total limit by pre paying it. In SBI we can pre pay any amount.

Prepaying is not but for transaction charge is 2.5% of over limit where min charge is ₹500 there could be other charges too.
