I did my txn on 1st june for oil and ghee but i got an update in delivery status that products are spoiled in transit and refund will be initiated. After 2 days i got the msg for out for delivery of all products. They sent me msg for 8 products but delivered only 2 products. I contacted them on call and they refunded my money in gv but later on blocked my account also.
I have 15+ tweets and so many calls but nothing happened and sending me feedback mail as answer by them. It’s a complete fraud and no relation with mobile orders type issues.
What should i do now? I have 1500+ wallet balance and 700 supercoins also.
Why we are facing these issue and can’t take any legal action against them.
Once account blocked it is Highly unlikely to get unblocked again.
They are bunch of goons

Bro, similar thing happened with me also. Ordered men’s t shirt and got women’s top. When tried to return, at first seller cancelled the return request, and when created the return request again then account got blocked. Happened 9 days ago and I had 4k balance in wallet and 1100+ supercoins.
Flipkart has become thief after Kalyan Krishnamurthy became CEO. Don’t know where they are heading like this.
Never keep balance in flipkart account
No point in trying to unblock it. They are not gonna unblock it.
But Why??
Flipkart should understand the value of customers and they must unblock.

Number of Mobile orders?
Number of returns/replacements?
Number of complaints/issues related to damaged goods?
If everything fails go ahead and threaten them with FIR. If they still don’t respond after 7 days lodge FIR for fraudulent activity of FK.
Incase your local PS doesn’t co-operate then you’d have to go to deputy commissionerate (DC) OFFICE.Then tweet that to FK

Better avoid flipkart and use Amazon

Damn, I just placed a return request of a Copper bottle by Ttk Prestige (multiple dents and feels like it’s a used one, though return request accepted). But now im afraid. 
Get your money out off their wallet to be safe!
Dont order mobile phones from flipkart from main account. Supercoins is just a temptation. Dont fall prey to it. concentrate on clothing loots Beauty product loots from flipkart… For all electronics items use secondary accs,
Never ever keep GV balance in Flipkart account. You never know when they will block your accounts. I fear to keep even less than 1000 rupees in Flipkart account. While on amazon I feel safe with 20k+ balance too.
After your account is blocked 99% CC will keep the reply same.

No matter how much you protect your account, they will block it. There`s no standard formula to keep your account safe. However, buying other category products than electronics may keep your account healthy.
so you mean amazon does not block the account ?
I order using flipkart pay later. About to cancel it. Now i will not.

What i have observed is be it Amazon, flipkart, or paytm they never ever opened mouth 👄 to why ❓ the account was flagged.
Are they trained or really have no information and it’s done by backend team.
My multiple accounts got blocked by flipkart.
Some of them 3-4 year old.

Is there any complain center where we can complain against flipkart and account get back unblock,??
I ordered 30 taps they sent 25 taps only.
Had escalated this order and got delivered after 20 days.
I’m 99% sure if I raise issue my account gets blocked.

Regular dimers are not usual customers profitable to fk, amz, etc so getting blocked is normal. 
I have around 50k in my flipkart wallet and also have ordered many mobiles from the account but those I had won in gamezone. Should I be afraid too and buy something from the money in flipkart wallet? I am unable to order mobile from the account as it is saying limit reached.
If I have 50k wallet balance then I will happily sell it for 10% discount also.
Buy any product as soon as possible.
@gauravrockz @BubbleBoyChickenLittle that 50k was given by seller himself as part of gamezone rewards. So in case he blocks my account then i can file a consumer court complaint because I haven’t done anything wrong here.
Also, I have conveyed this to CC in written that my account shouldn’t be blocked because of orders done through coupon that I receive for winning in gamezone
Bro you are risking your money, even if you complain later no one is going to have a look, Flipkart cc is just a bunch of stuborn team who doesn’t care for their customer. Better get that money out or regret later.
Its Flipkart i don’t think you can do anything after blocking of account
