Flipkart blocking accounts rapidly- Seen complaints on twitter

Follow these tips to avoid Flipkart account from blocking: Don't purchase any loot deal or pricing error deals.. don't access 2 accounts in single mobile.. if possible avoid using Flipkart app.. rather use their website.. don't load unnecessary GVs in flipkart wallet. Last but not least.. don't order more mobiles within few months even for different address.

Ya that's impossible.. but Flipkart is not a lenient like Amazon.. so probably people won't get their loot product (10% people may get) and will get only GVs against their cancelled order as a compensation and frequent cancellation will lead to account blocking.

The tips shared by you are good but I have seen FLIPKART is blocking accounts so frequently as per twitter complaints …. So , I am scared whether I should buy on bbd or not….. most irritating part is that they are not refunding the money. They are also avoiding consumer complaints on any appellate forum.

If you have faced any recent order cancellation by Flipkart means avoid buying it in bbd from that account.

I am near to 2500 SC … so thinking

I returned 3 of the kurtas among 4 orders from myntra this week bcz they were not 100% cotton as per description. They were anything but cotton :/
Aahika, vero moda and here n now brands. Return & refund process was smooth. Will they block my account too since myntra & flipkart are same?

Myntra blocking is independent of Flipkart blocking. My Myntra is blocked but not Flipkart with same mobile/email. As blocking is not done by manual screening, but by automated software, logical reasoning behind blocking should not be expected.

The worst part is that once a Flipkart account is either flagged or blocked, than no Orders can be placed using the same mobile number in address, even if Orders are plcaed with other accounts

I stopped buying from flipkart a long time ago when they refused to take back a fake item & refund.
But myntra was generally okayish, just this time… they ruined my puja shopping.

Flipkart generally refuses return and refunds, only if either after return window is closed or the item is already classified as “non-returnable”. Its for the customer to take risk of buying non-returnable items from Flipkart or even Amazon. Amazon even does not allow you to publish a review which says that a fake item was delivered.

Today, one of my flipkart account got blocked. I had prebooked around 28 items. I got better offer for almost all items today with 10% sbi discount. So, I cancelled these preorders, later in the evening, I got an email saying my account is blocked due to suspicious activity. wtf

I am waiting 4 amazon… at least block to nai maarte ….
Flipkart is celebrating BBD and giving SCs and when any defective or wrong item is delivered, you will file return/refund and then they will show u pickup time and meanwhile bbd ends and they will block u

Bro, 2-4 cancellations are also risky, and in your case, it’s 28! Hope you did not have any wallet balance!

Cancellation is the right for customers. However frequent returns may be suspicious as some do very frequently. Here Flipkart is very stringent towards customers who return or cancel the order. I don’t trust on FK now as I am scared of their new trend.

Flipkart has a habit of blocking accounts

Today i placed few orders for more than 7000 and all are prepaid

Yes, you can see various complaints on twitter especially for blocking….ab sab to fake complaints nai hain…. is baar maine bbd me kuch nai liya kyunki block ka sar dard kaun lega ….. khali baithe ka tension dega

no wallet balance but had some supercoins but less than 100. Thankfully no active orders in this account.

you should have cancelled some orders and rest left as such, as those will be automatically cancelled after the payment window expires..

Amazon is very relaxed as long as you don’t abuse amazonpay card.
