I purchased one Brand new archer c6 router from flipkart and it arrived today. There was no outer packing by flipkart, only one label and bill attached to the product box. and the box was plastic laminated.
I thought the lamination is company seal and ignored the missing box seal. But after opening I felt like a used one, the cabled were not properly tied. Then to clear doubt I checked unboxing videos and realized that outer coating was not company seal.
Inside router cover and user guide also was missing. Finally I decided to switch on the router and there comes the SSID as “VIRUS”
Immediately placed return request but pending for approval 
and there is no refund option.
I had similar issue previously also got used products packed like new from flipkart cheaters. they sell refurbished products as brand new.

Before Placing Any Order Must Check The Order Was Fulfilled By Flipkart/Amazon Or Not… And Also The Rating Of The Seller… If The Rating Of Seller Was Below 4 Star Then Avoid That Seller…
The good thing on Amazon I like is their facility for detailed seller ratings.
The buyer can know from the comments of previous buyers, if the seller has a past record of pushing used goods as new to unsuspecting buyers.
I ordered a watch from Flipkart couple of months back. After unboxing i noticed that the Clock was already ticking which is unusual for a brand new watch. Checked the box and guess what, found a bill neatly tucked in the box. Apparently the watch was sold to some dude in Bangalore who returned it to FK. Called FK customer care . At first agent did not believe what i said but when i confronted him with the order number on the old bill he was shocked. He agreed that the product was returned. Long story short, FK did replace the watch with a new specimen .
Did you get any compensation??

Right, 80% of my purchases are through amazon only. Rarely use flipkart only because of lower price. But this one was same price on both. I choose flipkart for 1 day early delivery. And now this is long pain.
any suggestion on best way to contact flipkart and report issue?
