Flipkart coupon query
Hi,
I had purchased this product from flipkart- https://www.flipkart.com/kamal-sail-shower-head...
Under offers section, one of the offer says "Buy this product and get upto ₹250 Off"
From what i understand that offer gives 5% upto 250 on next purchase. Product was delivered yesterday, when will the coupon be activated if anyone has experience about it .
Its not showing in coupons section , and support has literally no idea :-?

Yeah, as @caks2006407 rightly pointed out, the coupon should appear after the return period is over. The terms and conditions would be the same I guess.

Some of the Terms & conditions of the offer you mentioned in OP:
Purchase products from Small Furniture and Large Furniture categories (“Eligible Products”) during the Offer Period.
In terms of the Offer and on fulfilling the above-mentioned conditions, you will be eligible to get extra 5% off (“Discount”) up to a maximum of Rs. 250/- (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty only) on purchase of Furniture (“Applicable Category”) between 1st Mar 2023 to 23:59 hrs on 30th April 2023 (“Redemption Period”).
You can refer to the product listing page to check applicability of the Offer on the Product/s or Eligible Product/s.
You can view the details of your Discount under ‘My Rewards’ section.
The Discount will be automatically applied to the Eligible Products during the Redemption Period.
The Offer is valid on all modes of payment.
The Discount can be availed only once by You during the Redemption Period and only against one transaction during the Offer Period. Offer will no longer be applicable on second order, if you cancel the first order. Offer is not applicable on orders of Products cancelled on or before 30th April 2023.
