Flipkart delivered wrong products and not giving replacment refund

Hi dimers, i had ordered realmi classic watch from flipkart where flipkart delivered realmi fasion watch ( which has different strap).
I had raised 2 replacement request which were cancelled stating no id proof submitted ( i have proof for id submission). The refund request is also pending from last 3 days there is no resolution.
Dimers please suggest what can be done in this scenario.

Yes they said for return or replacement we need to submit id proof like pan card or aadhar card as per their policy

Did they ask u for submitting your ID?
