Flipkart delivery guy duped me during- mobile exchange

The red flag was you paying the delivery person by GPay. That transaction is outside the Flipkart universe and considered a personal dealing.

But they (flipkart) do offer cash option in such cases. GPAY is still trackable as compared to cash.

You can try to get back your money directly by calling him maybe your friend can impersonate as a police and threaten him pretty good chance he will return it.

Other way is filing a complain with Flipkart but that will be hard to sort as FK customer support is just rubbish.

It’s a lost cause. Both are useless unless you are sunny leone with a verified Twitter account.

I think the call can work I am sure he is thinking he got away with this and the op still doesn’t know about this.

Also op can visit the hub near him and complain to the manager directly now depending upon how far it is from his house one can decide if it’s worth it or not.

Too many factors come into play here…
How’s his locality, who runs the hub, how influential is the delivery dude..and what not
It’s a wild country…..

@shriAyodhya Have you tried to mention this to Flipkart customer care? May be there could be some technical issue and the actual amount didn’t get updated?

Flipkart guys are weird.. one delivery guy came to me for exchange and he keep on on saying that their is a minor scratch(it wasn’t even visible, just able to feel via nail) and if he add this to his app then around 1200 will gonna deduct..
Still he passes the phone and later ask me if i could give him something because if phone rejects then his salary going to be deducted.. he said it’s not necessary to give him money..
Since ge was looking geniune.. i gave him rs 200..

Today during the delivery time , delivery guy said all sort of nonsense that like phone has back dent etc. Said he’ll offer only 3900 for exchange value. Since i needed phone immediately, i kind of accepted the new value.

He didn’t paid the money to Flipkart but took the money from me.so i only got duped bro

But if you manage to explain the case to Flipkart somehow, they will simply say there’s an error in status update or deduct the said value from the wishmaster’s salary.
You’re not going to get anything back from Flipkart

this is exactly where we get into catch 22, not just fk but anywhere. I dont know if fk does it really. Thats the factor works at most places.

my story , a month back i exchanged my xiomi redmi note 4 with realme8. The delivery claims there is dent which my parents cannot see and i am not there. So they agreed and and paid 1400 more and took delivery.

i verified my exchange value, but it did not reflect this 1400. Thought since it is money transaction it wont reflect.

today i verified the invoice, still its same. Raised a ticket, lets see

My exchange BBD sale was opposite.
The moment WISHMASTER came , one of my friend started recording silently. After all the so called inspection, he came to the conclusion that all clear, nothing to pay extra. Took the new phone and gave old one to him.
Again he started checking, cleaning with super power tool ( handkerchief) and then he says there is dent near the charging port. You’ve to pay 900₹ extra for this.

Now things were already recorded, so I told him whatever you did from till now is being recorded and if you’re trying to fool then i m sorry it won’t work here. I gave you enough to check and investigate the phone. You agreed and then deal was closed.

So no more discussion on this. We are done. If you want you can complaint to your manager then I will show your video in 4K

He was done and dusted. I never saw him again for any kind other delivery to my address or to my area.

Best option is buy without exvhange and sell on cashify..

Whenever you are presented with surprises (involving money, returns, exchanges, etc) by the delivery guy, tell him to wait and immediately call customer care on speaker, involve him in the conversation and record the call.

You could sell your phone on OLX at much better than flipkart offered you.

I have raised a ticket they have asked me to wait for 24 hours to see if Delivery guy update the return mobile value

first case:

First get it cleared from FK if they received amount or not.

if not, mention this issue to them 

Then file police complaint against this boy with txn details.

Lastly Take 4-5 friend with you and grab him on the way and kick him on ass and recover your money.

second case :

buy 10 shares of vinati organics at 2200rs and sell at 2370..get your 1700 back😉😉😉

Never exchange phone on Flipkart. The service is rubbish and they hardly accept your phone at full amount.
