paji no one deducts anything from courier persons salary.the delivery people always make excuse later that the damage happened in transit.

This guys are totally scammers, I bought redmi 10t, w8th exchange for Redmi note 6 pro, the exchange guy comes and tell that phone is not exchangeable because its damaged, I told him have you read terms of exchange and damage check, bec I read, the phone has not dents breaks and any screeches, when I told about terms he flipped and said he’ll send his supervisor, and no one came and phone order cancelled , so if you are thinking of exchange always record it on video and any transaction mage during the exchange. be safe

Try to place new order, and when the delivery guy comes to you, ask him address of nearbuy hub and delivery hubs, try to visit, it helps.

Finally got my money back.. thanks to Flipkart

there are so many such cases and no action has been taken by flipkart so it is better to avoid flipkart and use other ecommerce site such as amazon
