Actually my brother won Rs 50 voucher in Flipkart quiz contest 15/10/19 10 pm. But didn’t receive anything. He contacted Flipkart CC through email. But they said it’s “beyond our control”
Any suggestions how to put pressure on them?

And if you read the email SS about what they said it has to be used within “72 hours” of it getting added in coupon section.
Doesn’t it mean Flipkart want to restrict users using the Gift voucher coupon?

Flipkart CC is as good as nothing, don’t go by their words, would suggest to wait till the last date and keep checking the account every 2 days or so, to see when it comes, then you can use this estimated time in future as well

Jst check ur mail if they have sent u the gift card if not complain them via twitter.

1. coupon section in the app.

I had about a month ago. It was won on 15 October. CC replied it would be mapped to your Flipkart> coupon . This coupon has validity of 72 hours.

I have experienced 2 times in past so i stopped playing. They always gives after expected date bt only after complaining. If you have won a gift voucher then they will provide the same in email and with a validity upto 1 year.

Chill out, he’ll get it in another 2-3days mostly.
This time they took a lot of time though.
I was supposed to receive many gvs, supercoins and other rewards by Oct 9. I got the other rewards around 13th Oct. Then my gamezone got blocked for no reason at all and it happened with a lot of people. 2-3 days back it was unblocked and thats when I got my previous GVs on mail. I havent got all my supercoins yet.

No these gvs dont get mapped to your account. They mail it to you and their validity is a year. Wait for another 2 days. And for such things, try contacting CC over chat as much as possible, for mails they have standard replies is what I have experienced so far. If not that, go for the call option.

The CC is generally clueless. And only when your reward is a product, you will get it in my coupons section.
