Flipkart Exchange Process

I want to purchase a new smartphone after exchanging my old Huawei smartphone(4 years old) on flipkart. The phone has some scratches on the back due to applying and removing back cover. Some minor scratches on the sides of the phone as well. No dents on the body or screen. There is not even a single scratch on the screen. But the major problem is that the upper part of the screen which is used to scroll down the notification panel is not working (but I am using the fingerprint scanner to scroll down the notification panel). Can anybody please tell what are the possibilities for it to get accepted on flipkart?

Slight Offtopic: What's the case for Cashify? It's showing a better rate but are they like legend Flipkart?

Does Cashify respect the privacy of the user? I mean there are many methods to recover the data even after format. So, I just wanted to know whether selling by Cashify safe? Please let me know.

I have a device (10.or g). Touch stopped working on 366th day. Since then, it's just lying in drawer. Is there anything that I can do? Exchange price without any bonus is just 1000 on Amazon (not listed on fk).  Condition is totally new(no scratch/dent/deformation)

The phone is very old (the date I saw is 2017). But if you want to exchange then the touch should be in working condition. So, to make that happen, you will have to spend some extra money. Also, there will be no use of the smartphone in the future. However, there is one thing you can do. If anyone in your house needs a feature phone, then you can exchange it for the same (I checked on Amazon that the exchange value wrt a 4G feature phone is Rs.1300 with Rs.100 pickup charge). I am attaching the screenshot of the exchange value with the name of the feature phone. But the final decision is yours.

You can get it repaired in any local market for around Rs.300. But then it's your choice.

Then they will just flatly refuse the phone exchange, and ask you to pay up the difference amount to accept delivery.

Happened with me just 2 days back, as their useless Yantraa app kept crashing on my old Le Eco Le 2. The Cashify Diagnostics app runs absolutely fine on the phone, but yeah, doesn't help with FK delivery agents.
