I have returned some orders which was seller cheated…. And got refund … Some are replaced and some are returned….. Last return on Nov 26….

Have you used same gv for more than 3 orders and returned products? Same thing happened to me, ordered cloths from fk, got defective item, returned it, again bought something which was not delivered, so again cancelled it. Same gv was used and next time when I tried, it showed deactive gv. So maybe due to this refund issue it happened. Try contacting source. I bought from magicpin and yet to contact them, will update if I get any solution

Why don’t you just add in wallet? I have added Gvs more than 30k-40k in Flipkart wallet, but no problem faced by me till now. Also bought a laptop worth 20k with gv.

Read somewhere that flipkart blocks account for returns. Also in many case, they don’t allow using balance from blocked account. But after this incident, I have placed other orders only after adding gvs to account to avoid hassle

I always add gift card to wallet only … But this was remaining amount from 500/- they have deactivated and contacted them received reply in 48 hrs to contact zaggle , I have already made contact zaggle and waiting for reply ….

After many contacts made to Flipkart and zaggle gift card has been activated successfully ..

I suggest never buy gift vouchers from Zaggle !!!!

How to contact flipkart for activate, no option to call them and chat is pathetic.

I have Flipkart more than 80k gift card but it all are deactivated.so what can i do to activate ??
