Ordered flipkart grocery today worth Rs 1216 via mostly Flipkart GV & Small amount via UPI.
I wanted to cancel full order to modify order for Re 1 items & reorder. But Cancellation page shows Only Rs 42 as refund instead of Rs 1216. Previously experienced same error so did not cancelled it. Customer care is clueless. This is huge bug. Anyone have prior experience on how to fix this flopkart issue? Suggestions plz. I think it's showing refund for one item which is worth Rs 42 .

I haven't cancelled it yet. Flipkart shows refund total value status before cancellation. I am talking about that.

+1, order from other account. Call customer care and ask them to cancel from their side, and ask them about refund amount as well. No link required for 1rs items. They will be visible on home page of grocery section.

It's a bug, the amount which will be refunded to Gv won't show and will take like 2-3 days to refund back to gv.
Happened to me, the customer care was clueless as always.

you will get full refund, it shows price of 1 item while refunding, on next screen it will become full
