Ordered items from Flipkart grocery and one item for I ordered 3 packets I received only one packet complained to customer care the raised concern and they rejected case as delivered partner says delivery was intact what to do now Flipkart made me suffer for their mistake

Always shoot a video while opening any online delivered package, showing its intact packing & then opening to show the contents.
You will have a video proof if something is missing or wrong item delivered.

Raise complaint in Twitter. Their social media team works better. I too faced same issue few times, I never submitted any proof but got refund for all missing items.

Always shoot a video while opening any online delivered package, showing its intact packing & then opening to show the contents.
You will have a video proof if something is missing or wrong item delivered.

Yes true but sometimes it’s hard to remember 50+ items. 

If you guys are paying via credit card/ charge back to Flipkart for the refund. I don’t understand why dimers don’t use cc and charge back instead of complaining here. 

There are so many threads based on this. Every e-commerce specially Fk/Myntra take customer for ride, always use cc and if any issue, rather than dealing with with cc, just file a chargeback. I’ve done on both FK/Myntra and they lost against me everytime.

flipkart and its open box policy i ordered processor seeing its open box and in reality, it was not open box and has no return while monitor was open box and still showing return option what the hell 😗

Flipkart open box delivery is a scam once I ordered a fan from Flipkart but as soon as I noticed it is open box delivery I immediately cancelled there is no way to check fan condition before it's installation and you can't return or replace open box delivery item

Delivery guy  took OTP opened the packet box and left he was in hurry when I checked two items were missing I immediately called him he said call customer care it's not our responsibility called customer care raised complaint next day request rejected as courier partner confirmed that delivery was intact WTF 😒

Than use the call back option in flipkart and explain them that delivery person took OTP before opening the box and when you Complaint he just took off telling you to call CC

Happened almost every time. Always got refund of missing item

You get a recorded call to verify your open box delivery and not accept/call customer care then itself.

It is a pain, but you have to bear with it.

PS: our 90% of daily needs come from Flipkart or Amazon nowadays. We haven't gone shopping for groceries in the last few months now (and probably countable number of times since covid).  It is atleast 10-25% expensive, but that is the price for convenience & laziness.
