Flipkart is a worst Retail online company

Firstly, I was purchased a Hitachi 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split Inverter AC – Gold (RSNG317HEEA/ESNG317HEEA/CSNG317HEEA, Copper Condenser) on 19th April 2021 at 31,490/= due to some reason. I canceled it. Flipkart was said that you received your amount on 28th April 2021. But Seller (OmniTechRetail) does not initiate my refund process after a complaint. He initiates my money on 29th April and it’s reflected on my Credit Card on 3rd May 2021.

I requested to Flipkart please refund my amount on 1st May 2021 because I have to Pay Credit Card Bill but Flipkart does not provide any solution.

and the last I was paid the bill with interest on 2nd May 2021. While the seller is at fault.

Then I was purchased the same AC from (OmniTechRetail) with the help of Flipkart in the amount of 34,990/= on 1st May 2021 and the delivery date is 4th May 2021. But again my order is not delivered then I will go through the tracking ID for tracking the product but the tracking ID is also incorrect. Now, Flipkart said that you have to wait on 10 May 2021.

I have a problem with the seller and Flipkart. Why Flipkart does not take any serious action against the seller.

Flipkart is mostly seller biased rather than customers. More over OmniTech Retail might be a separate company on paper but it’s majorly controlled by flipkart itself.
