See 0:40: Maine Flipkart se second January ko ek washing machine order kiya? Phir uske baad woh product milne ke baad, ek ya do mahine mein woh product kharab ho gaya, ur unhone woh product ko replace kar diya.
Then he says again the product was faulty and he called them again, and the technician said the replacement part is not available and you can return the product. Then on 16 January they took the product.
This seems like blatant lie, you order the product on 2nd january, got one replacement after 1-2 months, then you are saying that the replacement also was faulty and fliplart took the product on 16 Jan. HOW????????
