Flipkart video and games issue

I am facing a issue on Flipkart video and games since 11 march instead of giving reward showing this message “Suspicious activity detected!
As per our policy, your account can no longer claim rewards from Flipkart Games.” And
“Something went wrong! We encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions.”

I ask this issue to flipkart cc they said your account is in temporary suspension and not fixed time to remove it reply from fk team this come due I used two account in 1 phone that is totally wrong, I used 1 account in 3 phone bt I place order and play games only one fix phone
“We would like to let you know that the seller has disabled your account as per the terms and conditions of the contest you will not be able to play the games, nor you will be eligible for the rewards.”
What should I do and solution of this.
Any other facing this issue or past experience 😇
Atleast they give chance to take gems 😄😄
