Flipkart - Item Not Received but shown as delivered

It happens many times because courier partners update it mistakenly

Similar thing happened with me in Tradus.Contact CC. Ask them for POD and confirm no one else has recieved it. I got my refund after it was found that item was lost in transit and not delivered

Also some of the courier guys try to smart as* by marking item has delivered so that they can meet that TAT time( turnaround time). Usually in those circumstances they deliver it in a day or two later. This happened to me once during an ebay order. Courier was marked as delivered, i shot a few nasty emails to ebay seller and courier guy showed up in a day and delivered my order.

I ordered an item from flipkart. It was supposed to be delivered before January-19. However, not delivered. I called First Flight office and they told it is in transit.

I checked the tracking today and shocked that it has been marked as Delivered.

I am in touch with flipkart but lost the hope that this will be resolved. They are only saying that they are in touch with this horrible courier partner.

This is my first bad experience with Flipkart.

Same thing happened with me…..product not delivered and marked delivered but got the refund from flipkart after 2 weeks of fighting with them.

flipkart gave to this shadofax unknown courier company to deliver my product today i.e 4 oct at evening i got message that your product will be delivered today than after 2-3 hours they marked my order as delivered even i didn’t recieved it and how can delivery boy mark the item delviered withou my concent and what is the benifit of otp given by courier company what is happening in flipkart it is the worst experience i had with flipkart

Mene 9/10/2021 ko home use ke liye battery invetor order kiya. 26/10/2021 ko 8 AM ko AAJ DRLIVER KIYA JAYEGA show ho rha tha OR Jam 5 PM ko App me ORDER DELIVER KAR DIYA show ho rha he jab ki order deliver kiya hi nahi.

i ordered 2x flower pot and only one was delivered and in the box it was mentioned 2x , told delivery guy he gave some number and i contacted number and twitter flipkart for 1-2 days after that they gave some mail that issue is raised and wait for 4-5 days after that also issue was not resolved , again i contacted via twitter and they refunded in few hours – seems like some sellers go for cheap courier or sellers cheat kind of issue at the end flipakart refunded for the missing 1x pot

I have ordered pre paid the Luminous Battery on Oct 5th 2021. It is not delivered to me and track show that already delivered on 6th October 2021. I have raised complaint and call minimum 49times and also call also received but no one has given solution and information about my order. Flipkart is fake now and doing cyber crime..

I had ordered a mattress for Rs 7039 from Flipcart and cancelled the order due to long delays. The item started showing delivered and to resolve it, I made 17 calls from Feb to mid Mar with assurance of refund.

Today, they claim that I had taken delivery of a King size mattress without my knowledge on 04 Feb and the issue is resolved from their end. It simply means they have embezzled the money and my calls are being disconnected from customer care.

What should I do next ?
