Flipkart exchange amount displayed while buying phone is irrelevant. When the vendor will come to examine the phone, they will always find some issue and cut the exchange amount. If not, they will say curved mobile from back and reduce 2000 from exchange amount. It's a dirty way of business. Not sure if.flipkart is aware of this.

Not only flipkart, any company who is in this business is doing this...experienced this with Instacash
