Flipkart Mobile exchange amount

Flipkart exchange amount displayed while buying phone is irrelevant. When the vendor will come to examine the phone, they will always find some issue and cut the exchange amount. If not, they will say curved mobile from back and reduce 2000 from exchange amount. It's a dirty way of business. Not sure if.flipkart is aware of this.

Yes they are absolutely aware of this they deliberately follow these practices to increase there profit
