Flipkart not ready for defective Tv screen replacement

Order realme TV 43" from flipkart, while installation there was manufacturing Defect in screen.. Replacement and refund was raised by installation guy.
Seller omitech cancel replacement, inspite they policy for replacement for defect and only was ready for refund.
Contact CC team.. No final outcome.
In refund lost 150 coins for extra 1000 discount on TV.
Any body can help or suggest .. So I can get replacement of tv

Atleast you got the refund. Amazon made my friend run from pillar to post for a month, worse than any govt office, for refunding or replacing his TV.

can’t you claim replacement directly from manufacturer by contacting realme service center or their online support?
