Is flipkart bank offer valid for per card or per account.
Can i use another card in my same account and get the offer? Also is it risky to order 2nd phone in same account. Will they cancel?

Ordering 2 phones in same flipkart account is risky (even though different address).. it may flag your account as re-seller and may block it/cancels it !
So try to order in different account.
