Flipkart online payment Declined every time

I am unable to make online payment on Flipkart. Every time it shows - Tranjection was declined on the basis of risk checks. Cash on delivery working. Problem with all payments mode - Upi, net banking, cards. Customer care didn't giving helpful answer on this. Any solution?
