And pay via axis Flipkart Credit card 12 month EMI
and as usual Flipkart canceled that order..
On 13 April 5691 debit from CC,
15 Apr received 5691 ( because transection convert into emi)
And 19 April got 5691 refund from Flipkart(because order cancelled)
* That amount is showing as (credited) -5691
But now bill is generated & emi steal showing...
So how to cancel or foreclosure that emi & what about charge
Plz help

Yes It's no cost emi, got interest discount during order
Also -5691(credit) showing in my card
( And confused between still, steal & steel so...)
When you cancel order with flipkart it gives a message that emi txn doesn't cancel automatically with most banks so you need to cancel it. Happened with me on citibank but only 236 extra paid. However ICICI reverses it automatically if reversal comes before bill generation.
Also even if it is no cost emi you are paying the interest and Processing fees from pocket as merchant txn is already cancelled so effectively you paying it for actual amount charged and reversed in your card.
So your credit card will remain in negative for first few emis then interest, processing and gst you will pay from pocket in last emis.
So call cc each time you cancel a no cost emi txn. I have learned it by paying some ₹236 from my pocket. Hopefully you learn it without paying a dime.
Just Talk to customer support, and he say they reverse the emi and and charge will refund in ac within 3 day,
Let's sees
Check on the stmt there will be same emi amount dr and cr, once you opt for emi it will be shown in stmt till the tenure closes but they will not charge you, the same emi amount they will show as debit and credit that means they are charging zero
You will get a refund of the EMI amount, PF, and GST. No worries. It's smooth in Axis.
Yes 🏼 emi cancelled & got all refund...
Still*
If it was zero cost EMI then you should not be worried.
Else call up customer care and ask them to reverse it as order was cancelled.
