Flipkart Pay later Cibil issue

I have contacted flipkart via chat on app for 2 times (with some days gap) and just now I got this….my paylater account closed

my Flipkart pay later dues amount ka pay karna chahta hu but mughe Flipkart ke aur se koi link nahi bheja Jaa ra hai naa ki koi response mera account 2 years se blocked hai aur mere account ko reactivate bhi nahi karte hai

i am a flipkart plus member and flipkart provided Pay later facility 6 months ago, back then pay later service was provided by Kissht, during diwali flipkart tied up with IDFC first bank and flipkart asked customers to complete KYC, i have completed the KYC.

the issue is, this pay later is reflecting in my CIBIL report as personal loan of Rs 60,000 from IDFC first bank. so i wanted to close Pay later, i contacted flipkart 2-3 times to deactivate, flipkart always says it can’t be deactivated, i contacted IDFC first bank twice, even the bank said we can’t close this loan account u will have to contact flipkart for closure.

flipkart is forcing customers to use Pay later and its also reflecting in CIBIL as personal loan. can anyone suggest a way to resolve this issue??

I am vinaykumar in 2019 my friend purchased a product in flipkart paylater but he doesn't intimated to me what ever due amount in 2022 August the amount written off now i want clear my dues and i want noc in this regard

Flipkart later services is very bad I am using Flipkart pay later and every month I am properly paid emi but my Flipkart paylater is restricted by Flipkart so very bad and very poor services

This bank's loan acount is impacting on my Cbil score  for delay payment due to flip kart pay later error option when I was trying to payment. It's not my fault...... it's your fault flip kart...... please widraw my pay later account from IDFC bank..... please it's my humble request to you flip kart..... my Cbil score is going to low due to late payment of IDFC bank.
