Flipkart payment failing with HDFC Millennia card

Yesterday, I tried to buy a Panasonic 1.5 T, 3 Star ac on Flipkart priced at RS 36,999. To maximize the discount, I added Rs 1000 discount coupon bought for 150 supercoins, added 15*1000 gift vouchers (on payment page) and paid remaining amount of about Rs 20500 (after Rs 1500 discount) from HDFC Millennia credit card.
Amount debited from credit card but order not placed at Flipkart and Rs 1500 discount on HDFC card was invalid for the day.
Today I got the message that refund has been initiated and offer was available on my card again. I again placed the order but same thing happened. Order failed, amount debited, offer not available.
I am so much frustrated and not able to understand why my order is not going through. Is it because I am using 15 gift vouchers? Can anyone help? I don’t want to add gift vouchers in my wallet for obvious reasons.

You are right, but I got these GV at 10% discount with supercoins+Lazypay/postpe cards. Only 100 SC can be used in one transaction so I ended up with Rs 1000 denomination.
Used 2 gvs at checkout yesterday with millenia cc for a phone order. Worked fine , so it may have something to do with you adding 15gvs at checkout
