Flipkart poor customer experience. How to get refund?

I ordered for grocery on May 1st and the order remains in pending status, but money was deducted
There is no refund yet and no one is responding. I have escalated the issue and still no response. How to deal with this?

Unable to cancel the order!!! I can only see pending status.
I paid using gift card 1250 and 88 credit card. I think there is some bug and those at customer guys always saying wait 48 hours etc etc. Absolutely clueless. One guy said please contact your bank. I said I paid using gift card and he was saying then sir, please contact IDFC bank 🥲🥲
Just Raise a query on Twitter and they will cancel the order, and issue refund. Also try to convince them to provide compensation for mental disturbance and amount stuck issue. They can Solve all these things, normal customer care are just for namesake. @saymyname78 @neo13
Faced a similar issue. Payment was stuck for 3 months .
Took refund by escalating to senior. Finally after I lost my cool I started screaming at the senior and he instantly gave me a gift card for the amount+ a small compansation too.
How to escalate to this senior? I mailed to grievance Flipkart and still no one is contacting. Even on Twitter no one cares to respond.
Strange! For me they used to call on their own everyday after 7 days and used to ask me whether I want a refund or wait a little longer for the order. And suddenly they cancelled the order and refund the amount after some 15 days. 😳
Order is in fc stuck stage
If you want to talk with senior just say I want to escalate this call to seniors desk they will deescalate twice(call centre procedure) and after that they will escalate to senior desk
Cancel the order and got your money back
