Flipkart prepaid - Cancelled, COD - works

Hi Dimers, I’m facing a weird issue with Flipkart where all my prepaid orders (with offers) are getting cancelled post shipment even, but COD (without any offer usually) works fine. Any one facing similar issue? Any suggestions?
