What’s the worth of the product
I ordered a Nivea Shampoo from Amazon. Delivery guy handed over the package saying that product seems to be missing since package feels vey light . He was right. There was a big cut on the package . Delivery guy wanted me to accept the package and raise a complaint with customer care for a replacement. Asked him to take the package back instead. Delivery guy marked the delivery status as " customer declined to accept the package ". I did get my refund back tbough.

Always make unboxing video of the premium products.
Second thing u’ll get the refund. just write them on twitter. Same thing happened with me few time ago. I ordered Ray-Ban sunglasses but when I opened the box there was only sunglass cover so raised the complaint on twitter. Within 2 days I got the refund

I rcvd Glowskin soaps(Rs700) instead of Peptides(Rs1200),
did not check parcel for 3 days(quarantine), but Amazon approved refund in just 5 mins without asking any queries except for pics.
I know my a/c is now flagged, 2nd incident in 4-5 years though.

These guys really know it’s quite normal thing with their system that’s why they don’t take much time to issue refund amazon is pretty good in that.
But these things are also used by customers to cheat and hence it’s required to flag account to see if it’s a genuine customer or some fraud.

You will never know unless your account is blocked.
Better to avoid too much refunds,returns and cancellations.
And be extra cautious with flipkart.

I also faced same issue wheb ordered oils and ghee and part of order was missing. When i raised complaint to them, they gicen my refund and after 3 days blocked my account. You may face account blocking for raising ur genuine complaint.
