Flipkart refund - not received Urgent Help required

how much is the refund.

refund inititated on 22nd credited in bank 30th, so its kind of late due to corona issiue

I was supposed to recieved refund on 23rd March. Don’t know how to followup with Fk. acc was created by taking OTP from OTP seller.

19th March order, not delivered,

For me also there were two orders both cancelled on 23rd Mar.. one card refund received on 4th Apr. However waiting for the refund in the other card. So patience bro..

I complained with FK and they assured me the refund would be processed. They gave me 10Apr as the deadline for both.. I ordered using Ola and Simplyclick card

I too missed the deadline for refund but received later than the date provided by them . The delay is due to COVID-19.

Fkart is best for refunds.. Plz cooperate in this situations..

Same is happening With Me.. More than 2 weeks passed but Still Refund Nit Getting Credited..

Axis card took just 2 to 3 days for refund. However Ola SBI card takes lot of time for the refund .

Mine also same, in app transactions showing in unbilled and if I call in IVR amount reflecting in available balance. To another surprise yesterday is my statement date and still statement not generated for OLA money & IRCTC cards.

Tough times brother.. even Flipkart employs humans and so does SBI. Sometimes there are complications.. not to fret.. they have served us well during good days.. let’s give them some breathing space during difficult times.

Until and unless you have all your savings invested with them , you shouldnt be worrying considering the current scenario

but this is ridiculous
delivery is anyway not possible at least refund they should ensure they do asap

more than 90k struck with fk for refunds :cry

once generated I need to pay hence I m worried else I completely understand

My bill generated today and due date is 25th, 36000 to be refunded and worried if lockdown extended.

Yes, got refund id from FK, filed dispute in sbi app. Any idea what will happen after raising dispute with SBI.

But SBI also should give credit for that amount, earlier when I raise dispute in citibank card they given credit and later closed issue.

Any idea where issue pending, from flipkart or sbi, if from flipkart what is the solution as lockdown looks like extended.

Any update on refund credit, mine still pending.
