Flipkart rejected my phone exchange

Today delivery boy came to my place to deliver samsung f04 in exchange of honor 7x whose price i have quoted for 1900₹ when placing the order.After seeing my old phone he said my phone condition provides hardly 200-300 only and told me to pay extra 3000₹ and went away,still my order is not cancelled and exchange has been rejected got this sms.

I don't understand from where he got this calculation of 3000₹ amount? I was ready to pay exchange amount difference but he did not asked me and insists i need to pay approx 2800-3000₹ and went away. Has anyone faced this issue? Flipkart has registered my complain and told me to wait for resolution.

FK exchange policy became very crap after Covid as they want the old phone in almost new condition (if its new then why the hell one would go for a new phone on FK😈), they remind me of Cashify😡

Amazon's return policy was way better but my experience was in 2021 so not sure how things have changed in the last 13-14months

Flipkart policies and delivery boys are just crap..

I had an exchange phone with 2450 value(2000 bonus +450 value) that also came after i entered the correct value..

The delivery boy came and he told me that i need to pay 250 more.. i told i will pay online.. he said yes.. but at the end he told me his app is not working fine and took 300 cash from me.. (50 extra because he said these exchange orders took half hour and i didn't get anything extra)..

Later i got the invoice with a full 2450 exchange value.. i complained to flipkart they said.. exchange value is decided on the go(just the pre written statement)..

I had other horrible incidents with flipkart exchange.. better to avoid it if possible

Today morning got email that seller has cancelled the order but still showing out for delivery, should I cancel from my side or not?if I cancel from my end than its deducting 100₹ from the total amount.
