This will be infact better in the long run for consumers. People will be careful about what they order online. Offline sales will boost and unnecessary impulse purchases will come down.

Well this is not a new thing. They impose return fees for accounts with allegedly high returns.

They are becoming bad to shop from one of mine order was not delivered even one month after delivery date and they were telling me to cancel it, when they have removed cancellation 😡. Had to call at least 10-15 times to get it cancelled. Will have to think ordering from them.

Had something similar with me. Showed 'Out for Delivery' for 3-4 straight days, and was never delivered.
It was a Diwali Sale NP phone.

This is not new. I got this few months back. They have removed the fee for me now as returns might have reduced
