Yes Genuine. Users with high return history

Well this is not a new thing. They impose return fees for accounts with allegedly high returns.

They are becoming bad to shop from one of mine order was not delivered even one month after delivery date and they were telling me to cancel it, when they have removed cancellation 😡. Had to call at least 10-15 times to get it cancelled. Will have to think ordering from them.
interesting move. let's see if it affects their sales or returns.
This will be infact better in the long run for consumers. People will be careful about what they order online. Offline sales will boost and unnecessary impulse purchases will come down.

Great Flipkart 😄

Brilliant move by the best company in the world who has the most intellectual customers who keep buying from them even after all the posts coming on the internet of incidents happening left, right & centre.

Why TF should I care about an average consumer!? Give me a percentage based on my total orders, if I go over it, charge me. Not buying from them anyway.
This was introduced in January this year, if my memory serves me right. You can check on X(twitter), many people were tweeting about it.

Return fee amount?
....gm guys..
...wts the criterion of return....if it physical return or cancelling order after some time?...
Yes it's genuine...I faced this same issue in 2022 BBD...
Already stopped shopping from Flipkart when they started charging delivery fee even for plus premium accounts
This is real and I also had this charge for sometime, but as orders are placed it goes away
This is not new. I got this few months back. They have removed the fee for me now as returns might have reduced
Why will I bother to add it here otherwise?
