I ordered a mobile during Flipkart BBD sale.I am not happy with the mobiles performance thats why want to return it.Is packaging box(not original mobile box)is necessary for return because i lost it.Pls let me know

not happy with the mobiles performance is not a valid point for replacement. FYI return not possible for mobiles, only replacement.

No flipkart’s box is not necessary, the brand’s box is necessary. Btw returns and replacements for mobiles are not for this purpose, they are only for defective products, you do not like the product is not a valid reason.
Flipkart was good before 3-4 yrs ago.. not now ! Also their return policy and exchange policy have become very worst nowadays !
Infact many were taking unboxing videos of flipkart parcels to be on safer side (since we can suspect their parcel condition with brand box original seal alone as of now)
So do lot of researches in internet/youtube (performance,comparisons,durability etc) before purchasing mobile in flipkart since they’re not even responsible for manufacturing defects, they will redirects to brand service centers only.
I hope you were asking about mobile suggestion few days back in DD.. may i know which model you opted for ?

I think after walmart purchased flipkart the CC and policy changed a lot
