So I ordered rice and we didn’t like it so we thought of return and refund
but they have refunded me money no one came to pickup product
Has this happened to anyone before?

No, I ordered 5 bags and was returning 4 bags.
They did not come to pick up today I see 2000rs in my bank. No notification. aka free RIce 
For groceries item no return policy.

It happened with me with the SanDisk pen drive, which was supposingly a set of 5 on price error and received just 1. They refunded the amount marking it as return without even picking it up!
For me once oil spilled in the grocery basket and the delivery guy just kept the order at my place because he marked the order as delivered. Initiated refund for all, got for 80% of the items, no one came to pickup. I think their motto is, if someone’s returning, no one else will pay for it.
Eatables are non returnable AFAIK
