I bought some product using Flipkart paylater in July 2019. paid my 1st installment in aug but bcoz of some reasons my account get blocked. so i asked FK to provide link to pay Sep instalment. but they provided after due date. so they asked me to pay with fine. but i paid only my installment bcoz its their fault to provide lately. i told them the same. but again they send the link to pay whole installment with due again. called asked them the same. they dragged issue till Oct 10 and asked to wait for the further intimation. after that i again got call on feb 2nd to whole 5 months instalments with 2000 fine. i argued with them abt this and they reailsed their mistake n asked me to pay 5 installments. but later i came to know that i lost 100+ Cibil score. my score now is 673 b4 770+
plz suggest me, what i can do to get back my lost score |

Lesson Learnt -
Pay laters are in development stages and the services are not good.
If you can get a credit card use that instead.
File a case, send notice to FK and IDFC, complain to RBI too.

Pay later suc***s..i never opted for that in any websites even after offering lucrative discounts…
first let them make the system robust..
these ‘pay later’ offers are actually ‘application test incentives’ paid to the buyers who are opting for it.. 
how can they test something real if buyers are not opting for it.. 
For relief to me, they unblocked my blocked account and asked me to wait for the call from higher authority.

off topic. Why did FK blocked your account?
Bcoz my address is in different accounts and Flipkart Marq Tvs got for 500 last yr(cancelledby them also) but didn’t get Coupon from them, so called asked them abt it. So got blocked 
You can’t do anything now…..
but You can pay whole amount with fees and request IDFC first bank to close your account. Also request them to remove entry from CIBIL. (Provide loan account number which showing in CIBIL)
In my friend case, IDFC bank removed all entry (paid/unpaid) with loan account number.
