Ordered a fridge and received it on 7th October, it came broken and the installation guys said they can't install it and we need to get it replaced. I use to call Flipkart customer care for days now and they just ask us to wait for 24-48 hours and say we will receive a call from them. There is no update yet on my order. Can someone please help? Any comments?

why did you share otp, recently purchased and delivery guys opened and asked me to check all over then only asked for otp
now you need to follow up, no choice
