Today I exchange my old CRT TV without any problem!
There is some issue in picture quality of my TV so I don’t gave them cable connection I put TV in my lobby so no cable connection can reach there.
He come than switch on TV! a blue back appear than he off and checking whether their is any crack on body or not!!
There is some scratch on upper side of body but he neglect!
After that he asking for remote I gave him and if u don’t have remote they will charge u Rs 100!
He gave me my new Thomson 24 inch TV and picked up my old TV!
I exchange my old TV for Rs 1900!

Today then came to deliver my 32 inch VU TV and I had exchanged a 14 inch CRT TV for ₹1500. There were some lines on the display and I put the TV in the ground floor so that there would be no cable connection and the guy came and powered it on and only a blue screen came. He was satisfied and took a picture of the TV ; and asked for remote I said I have to search for it as I don’t remember where it was (actually I had it and Flipkart executive told me no need to give remote) and he took the tv and gave full exchange value
Still I am wondering whether it was worth to give @ 1.5k or not even though now they’re giving ₹500 only

now only I got to know that there is “accept” button too on their devices
