Return request would be placed.
Account would be blocked.
And about honoring the return request, their wish
Another FK Hater Is Born
Why FK Why You Do This ?
10% returns per year (+ depends on order value : Accepted vs Returned) is the safe bet
Anything more than that is risky..be it amazon or FK
Now u have to forget that acc op from next time onwards Don’t do same mistake…

Ordered clothing items
Flipkart is becoming more like Paytm.
10% is way less for the clothing category at least.
Size issues, quality issues, products not matching the ordered item.
We stopped shopping for clothes online after Paytm return drama.
but this time the deal was so good on Flipkart and we ordered like normal.

My friend got a Note 7 pro instead of K20 pro. Got 2 packagings. Upper packaging showed k20 pro but beneath that different order id as well as with different shipping address and had a note 7 pro in it. He tried reasoning with fk that please check the inner address as well as order Id. Its a mistake from their side. But all in vain. .He was a regular of FK with Paylater limit of 25k. Returned 2-3 products in a year. And purchased 9-10 products per month . Placed return request. Got it rejected. Went into mental trauma for 2 months following up with them. Went to consumer court online. But had no time for offline courts.

Some looter group member must’ve replaced k20 pro with Note 7 pro and returned it?
But again.. most of the times the pickup guy verifies the IMEI number (When phone doesn’t switch on.. there’s no way to do it)
Recently got one puma shoes..when i got it the outer packaging is of one product & the actual product is different. Its a footwear worth 1500 so they simply approved my request

All I want to say is India has the worst consumer laws.
When we order a product, the seller is fully liable for the product including every single issue.
They simply can’t deny return/refund request claiming different reasons.
They may stop us from ordering items if they find it unusual but once an item is bought, they have to fulfill the order and sort out any issue the customer is having with the product itself, its delivery, and customer support.
Last time, one similar sort of issue happened with the Paytm account but I left using Paytm account as the amount was small.
but this time I will wait for the Flipkart reply on this matter, if not sorted I should be moving straight to consumer court.
No more tagging them on social media channels with a standard reply copy-pasted from their knowledgebase.

Denying return requests or blocking an account completely is definitely not a solution.
They haven’t blocked my account as of now, would wait for their reply.
If they reply with the same standard script, gonna fight for sure.
They can’t simply force their garbage policy on me.
I know this will cost me my precious time
but looks like this is the need of the hour

Amazon does similar things even in Europe and US countries with matured laws like lawsuit etc. Google for it.
They know that its just one sided fight. Even if we win, its just few thousands for them even if they blatantly skip court appearances altogether.
As long as everything goes smoothly, shopping at fK is all good. All hell breaks loose when we need to contact them for any help. My first encounter with nasty FK support was 3 years back. Fk had promised an MMT voucher during a sale. They eventually backed off even though I had all the proof including a screenshot of the offer. I took the issue right upto their escalation people but they kept reiterating that they have the rights to change the T&C of the offer anytime. I got one of my lawyer friends involved and sent them a legal notice. Sure enough , had the voucher in mailbox within a week of sending the notice. Most of these companies takes consumers for a ride since they know very well nobody has the time and inclination to take them to court.
How many items u have return from past one year??

Holy Shit!
This is on another level. I’m glad I ditched FK back in 2013.
You should ask your friend to create a video on YouTube about his experience and share as much as he can. Share his experience on a separate website created solely for this purpose, possibly Blogger. He just needs to upload content only once and circulate it forever, it will save a lot of buyers’ money in addition to opening their eyes.
Bad publicity will do much more damage to FK than winning in consumer forum.
This shouldn’t go unnoticed man.

So many complaints in one week
Looks like they are banning accounts like never before.
Most accounts are banned after they asked for a return under the fashion category

Let’s make it viral…flopkart over twitter.
Lets make a group of people who criticises these companies, in case of any fault over twitter.
But no one unites since no gain in helping others.
It doesn’t matter for these companies, if only one complains.
But if 400-500 complain altogether, it will definately make difference.
I stopped shopping on flipkart from past 4 years. only bought Mi phones for family. Does anyone know how to close the account and delete the personal data from the site?
Using flipkart only for grocery purchase
