Yes Dimers, As The Title Says FlopKart Rejected My Washing Machine Exchange.
Lets Start From Start. I Ordered Onida 8kg Semi Automatic Washing Machine In Exchange Of Old LG 8kg Semi Automatic Machine During BBD Sale.
Delivery For Scheduled For Today. The “WishMaster” Came And Saw Old The Machine, Clicked Photos And Said Exchange Cant Be Picked And Rejected It As His Wish.
Exchanged With Few Words With Him Then He Called His Senior. Again The Same Was Said By His Senior Too.
And Then He Went. Then I Tweeted To FlopKart Stating The Issue. They Instantly Replied That Its Rejected And Order Stands Cancelled Now.
Case Closed Now.
Only Reason I Didn’t Bought From Amazon Was That Washing Machine Didn’t Had Exchange Option On The Pincode Which Was To Be Delivered. Else I Would Have Never Looked Upto FlopKart.
I Done More 10 Exchanges On Mobile/Laptop Via Amazon But Never Ever Faced Even A Single In Such Cases.
I Wasted Almost 15Days On This And Then Result Is Very Much Negative. But I M Not Surprised Because FlopKart Has Been Doing This To Almost Every Dimer.

They compare it with your new product that you are buying in exchange, if your product is in better condition than that then it would be accepted, or atleast it should match with that state
Flipkart doesnt take products in exchange, they buy products in exchange 
Tell him that you want the exchange the new washing machine only that you got just now , and still he will not agree 
May be there is no “Aceept” button in wishmastes’s devices
I think you’ve not read their t&c carefully!!!
1st You need to buy a new machine and use it for exchange in sealed pack condition at Flopkart.
