Geared bicycle is my luxurious wish from childhood.. Still unfulfilled. (even though I’m riding geared bike now, i always have crush on that even now but not interested to purchase it)
There are many things like these in my life.
Certain things in life needs to be fulfilled in certain age itself else no use of getting it.
Middleclass life is a cursed life, like cat on the wall 😢

Ordering food in Subway (By personally visiting)
Used to travel 4 people on the bike. Instead of buying a car, saved the dimes for education. That savings went well, and now have a sedan but no will to drive in this traffic and overcrowded road.
Similar with games; used to burn Pentium with graphics-heavy games, but now have a gaming laptop with zero games in it.
Still in my 20s; and now no luxury attracts me. idk how will I manage till my 50s with the desire of nothing from life.
Talking in English in spite of not being fluent in it, felt luxurious.

a four wheeler and own house/flat.still cannot afford it.
Cadbury dairy milk (5rs). We only used to get Vicks while going to doctor then pharmacy and occassionally Cadbury.

I remember AC was the luxury of our times. Not because of money shortage but terrible electric supply in our town.
Parents love because they sacrifice the most and ensures we dont feel low.its my opinion
