*Backup?? That’s hoarding in regular terms.
Read a interesting article today, that india current demand is 5500MT/day while production is 7000 MT/day. It’s a case not able to allocate demand, or in other words people without brian are sitting out there
Production isn’t the issue but transportation is; we don’t have enough vehicles to transport it, import is the only way but sadly no immediate recourse.
That’s very sad I also came to know about few people not in my direct circle that they are keeping some cylinders.
I know with the fear it’s obvious.
But literally everyday people are dying due to the oxygen shortage which these could have helped to save their life’s.
It’s really astonishing seeing so many private oxygen suppliers (many new ones) grown overnight but the hospitals can’t procure them from anyone??
Citing shortage or no oxygen is the reason people/ resellers starting to hoard them for any premium, IMO.
Who is to be blamed here?
not able to get cylinder in delhi
There is list on twitter, go through it.
Yha thora sa money rotate kar lo to it a problem ho jaata hai aur ye covid ke time pe bina jarurat ke oxygen hoarding karte hai
Buy an oxygen concentrator before it’s too late if you are covid positive. It will be needed after 5-6 days and by then be ready with it.
Thanks !
Can you please share any link if we can buy it online
Why govt allowing individuals to buy… Only allow hospitals
deaths at gangaram where only the well connected get beds
