connect the phone in usb debugging mode to laptop and with help of few commands, you can get the complete list of apks installed on your phone. You can also uninstall after a due google search if it is safe to remove or not. So instead of staying confused, better get clarity.

Its in other language bcoz it have some bugs in update where some names failed to translate while launching an update. In MIUI all features are translated.
