Fraud Alert! with mortgage loans

FiveStar Loan promised to provide a house loan but did not deliver, and also charged a 3.5k login fee for the mortgage. However, after a credit score inquiry, they rejected my application due to an inadequate credit score and stated that it did not meet their loan criteria. Additionally, the 3.5k amount I paid has not been refunded. Although I am aware this is not the legal procedure,and their loan interest is too very high ,I paid it due to my emergency situation.

always application charges are not refundable in any loan agency EVEN AFTER REJECTION/ACCEPTANCE and their T&C would have mentioned clearly AS FAR AS I KNOW (SO TECHNICALLY ITS NOT FRAUD)

i agree , but they had not given any official receipt or anything,at the time they promised to give loan based on the money given(which is fraud) and also said it for mortgage charges or legal charges not for just mere application, anyway they had not done any work, lost money!
