Fraud by dhani app

I just signed for a normal account for dhani and didn’t asked for physical card
They send me physical card and most probably will monthly charge for it
not getting what to do now
not getting proper response from customer care
Neither i applied nor i paid 199 for physical card
they sent me card anyways but most probably they start charging from second month or may be ask me to pay for first month too before closing this account

How many days is it takes to receive dhani rupay card.. I ordered 3 days before.. They mentioned they will dispatch within 48 hours.. But no response yet..
